Simplicity Is Elegant.
When I stop and consider the evolution of my personal web designing talents over the past 15 years, I can't help but notice a compelling desire to return to things that are more simplistic in nature.
In the beginning of that time, there weren't so many forms of software technology to choose from. If you wanted to design a website, you basically had to know the "how" of making it happen. Even then, the end product was very basic, and limited to a display of raw, straight forward Information. I miss those days.
As technology has increased and bombarded us with a never ending list of shortcut choices, we can be tempted to jump right in and waste countless hours of time trying to learn the back end of what is supposed to make things more simple. Most of it is a garbage heap of clutter, or at best, a raging sea of too much information.
Have I explored these avenues? Yes.
But after doing so, I can find resolve in returning to place where the
beauty and elegance of a website is based on a limited and precise
conveyance of what you are all about.
